Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Bobbington Parish Council held on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at Bobbington Village Hall at 7.30pm

Apologies for non-attendance were submitted on behalf of District Councillor R McCardle and County Councillor Mrs V Wilson.

The minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting had previously been approved and signed.

  1. Affordable Housing Update

A site has been agreed. Planners have agreed to affordable housing in principle, but would refuse any plans for market houses. The landowners are willing to sell the land to the housing association for affordable housing only. It had been hoped that a further update could be provided, however, the plans have not yet been completed and we have not been able to arrange a meeting to date with the Housing Association and architect.
