Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Bobbington Parish Council held on Wednesday 20 April 2011 at Corbett Primary School at 7.00pm

District Councillor: R McCardle

Councillors: Snelson, Kimbley, Mrs. J Tudor, Cllr. Mrs. J Humphries and Homer.

1. Apologies:

Apologies for non-attendance were submitted on behalf of Mrs. L Jones and Cllr. Brian Edwards.

2. Declarations of Interest:

None.

3. Minutes:

The minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting had previously been approved and signed.

4. Chairman’s Report

To be deferred until the Annual General Meeting.

5. Corbett School Report

Cllr. Snelson suggested the Cllrs look around the School which is particularly well presented at the current time.

6. Village Hall Report

Report attached.

In response to Cllr. Mrs. Tudor’s report the Cllrs expressed disappointment that lead had been stolen from the roof of the porch on two occasions. The Chairman suggested that should there be a future theft an alternative material be considered. The Clerk was asked to forward details of such a product that had recently been obtained by the Chairman, to the Village Hall Secretary. It was agreed that the Parish Council would consider supporting any future cost incurred.
